Operator and Acceptance

ttsgenerator.com is operated by Gamespade Inc. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ttsgenerator.com and its browser-based text-to-speech service. Before starting the AI voice engine for the first time in a browser, you must agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy by selecting Accept and Continue. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms, including the third-party license provisions incorporated into them as described below. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms or cannot legally accept them, do not use the service.

Service Description

The service provides a free, browser-based TTS generator that turns text you enter into speech you can preview and download as MP3 or WAV. After the required files load, the text you enter is processed and the audio is created in your browser while the page remains open. An internet connection is still needed to load the site and required assets, and browser processing does not make your use anonymous or guarantee offline operation.

No account, payment details, or API key are required to use the TTS generator. Use the languages and voice styles available in your current browser session, and stay within the text, batch, and other limits shown in the tool. Features, limits, formats, models, software components, and availability may change.

Your Content and Generated Audio

You retain any rights you hold in the text you enter. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, consents, and lawful grounds needed to use that text and the resulting audio. ttsgenerator.com does not automatically check whether a script or output is accurate or complies with copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, advertising, disclosure, professional, or platform requirements.

Except as otherwise provided in the applicable model license, the model licensor claims no rights in the output generated with the model. That provision does not determine copyright ownership or clear third-party rights. You remain accountable for the output and its subsequent use. Generated audio may be used in commercial projects subject to the applicable model license, required machine-generated disclosure, third-party rights, applicable law, and platform rules. Model and Software Terms

The Licenses page identifies the third-party models and software components used in the current release and provides the corresponding notices and license texts. When the service provides access to a Supertonic “Model” or “Derivative of the Model,” as those terms are defined in the applicable OpenRAIL-M license, paragraph 5 of that license—including Attachment A’s use restrictions—is incorporated into these Terms as an enforceable provision of your agreement with Gamespade Inc. The Model and any Derivative of the Model are subject to paragraph 5. You agree to comply with it and, if you provide another person or organization with access to the Model or a Derivative, to require that user to comply with it as well.

Generated audio is different from a Model or Derivative of the Model. If you host, transmit, share, or distribute a Model or Derivative, the applicable license-copy, notice, modified-file, attribution, and downstream-use-restriction conditions apply. Third-party software licenses apply separately to their respective components, and nothing in these Terms restricts rights expressly granted by those licenses. To the extent Section 6 of the GNU Library General Public License, version 2 applies to encoder software distributed by ttsgenerator.com, nothing in these Terms restricts your right to modify the covered encoder software for your own use or to reverse engineer it for debugging those modifications. The applicable license copy, notices, source code, and any materials required for relinking must be made available as required by that license. These rights do not authorize interference with the live service, its infrastructure, other users, or applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the service, a model made available through it, a derivative of that model, or generated audio in any way prohibited by these Terms or the applicable license. The following list summarizes important restrictions but does not narrow or replace paragraph 5 or Attachment A of the applicable OpenRAIL-M license:

• violate applicable law, these Terms, or an applicable model or software license;
• exploit or harm minors, generate or disseminate verifiably false content with the purpose of harming others, or generate or disseminate personally identifiable information that can be used to harm someone;
• defame, disparage, harass, threaten, or defraud another person; impersonate another person without consent; or misrepresent generated audio as a real person’s speech or endorsement;
• use fully automated decision-making that adversely affects a person’s legal rights or creates a binding obligation; discriminate or cause harm based on social behavior, predicted personal characteristics, or protected characteristics; or exploit vulnerabilities associated with age or social, physical, or mental characteristics;
• use a Model or Derivative of the Model to provide medical advice or interpret medical results, or to generate or disseminate information intended for use in the administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration, or asylum processes, as prohibited by the applicable model license; or
• omit a required machine-generated disclosure, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the service, bypass access controls or operational limits, distribute malware, probe the service without authorization, or use automated traffic or extraction in a way that disrupts the service.

Publishing and Commercial Responsibility

When you generate or disseminate model-produced content and place it in context, you must expressly and intelligibly disclose that it is machine-generated. Downloaded audio does not include that disclosure automatically; add it where the audio is used or shared. You are responsible for reviewing every output and following applicable license restrictions, third-party rights, consent requirements, advertising rules, professional duties, client agreements, laws, and platform policies. ttsgenerator.com does not clear third-party material or guarantee platform approval, monetization, accuracy, accessibility, or suitability for a particular project.

Independent Services and Commercial Links

Creator Tools and contextual recommendations may link to services operated independently of ttsgenerator.com. A provider’s own account requirements, pricing, terms, privacy practices, content rules, rights conditions, product limits, availability, and support process apply when you use that service. Gamespade Inc. does not operate or control an independent service and makes no warranties about it.

Some clearly identified affiliate or referral links may provide Gamespade Inc. with a commission, account credit, or another benefit disclosed beside the link when a qualifying action occurs. A commercial relationship does not make the provider part of ttsgenerator.com, prove that it is the best choice, or guarantee a result. See the Affiliate Disclosure.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how the text you enter and generated audio are processed, which activities still use the network, how browser storage and caching work, whether analytics are active, how external sites and the on-site Contact form are handled, and how to submit privacy inquiries or requests.

Availability and Changes

The service may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued, and access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms or an applicable license, or comply with legal requirements. Gamespade Inc. does not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every browser or device, continued availability of cached assets, offline operation, a particular output quality, or continued availability of any feature, model, voice, language, format, or external link. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated effective date and any additional notice or consent required by applicable law.

Disclaimer and Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service and generated results are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Gamespade Inc. disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service or an independent service. Third-party models and software are also subject to the separate warranty disclaimers and liability provisions in their respective licenses; Gamespade Inc. does not offer a warranty or assume liability on behalf of a third-party licensor or contributor. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
