Third-Party Licenses and Notices
Model Licenses
ttsgenerator.com uses model files from specific revisions of Supertonic 2 and Supertonic 3. Each cited revision includes the OpenRAIL-M license linked below. The versions are listed separately so each notice remains tied to the corresponding model files.
Each applicable OpenRAIL-M license allows use of the Model, including content creation, subject to the complete license and Attachment A. The license defines “Distribution” to include transmitting or sharing a Model or Derivative and making it available through hosted web access. Paragraph 4 sets separate conditions for model hosting or distribution, including providing the license to recipients, preserving applicable notices, marking modified files, and making Paragraph 5’s use restrictions an enforceable part of the agreement governing downstream use. Attachment A prohibits using the Model or a Derivative to generate or disseminate content and place it in context without an express and intelligible notice that it is machine-generated. Except as otherwise stated in the license, the licensor claims no rights in Output; the person generating it remains accountable for that Output and its subsequent use. The output clause does not state that third-party rights are cleared. Generated audio and distribution of a Model or Derivative are treated separately. Read the complete applicable license, including Attachment A, for the controlling terms.
Browser Software and MP3 Encoding
The current browser release also uses third-party software for model inference, ZIP packaging, and MP3 encoding. These software licenses are separate from the OpenRAIL-M model licenses. MP3 encoding uses MIT-licensed JavaScript wrapper code from wasm-media-encoders and a distributed mp3.wasm binary built from LAME code covered by the GNU Library General Public License, version 2. Those licenses apply to different parts of the MP3 stack.
